Salmon and Shrimp
Asian-inspired surf combo with a sweet soy marinade.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Knob of ginger, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 oz shrimp
- 4 oz salmon
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- Vegetables of choice (edamame, snap peas, cucumbers)

Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, olive oil, ginger, and garlic.

Add shrimp and salmon to the marinade.

Let marinate for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 415°F.

Bake salmon and shrimp for 10 minutes.

Serve over jasmine rice with vegetables of choice.
Pro Tip
Coconut aminos is a great soy-free alternative. Add some chili flakes for heat!
